• Manage store operations and business activities.
• Plan and implement business strategies and in-store promotions.
• Monitor inventory and recommend imports to suit customer needs.
• Human resource management and staff training.
• Ensure quality customer service before, during and after purchase.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base, drive sales through customer care and encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor the implementation of warranty and return policies according to company regulations.
• Control store revenue, expenses and profits.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports to send to the Board of Directors weekly/monthly.
