-Check prices of export routes (air); Check space, request free time for shipments;
- Maintain relationships with airline partners to get the best support on prices and services;
- Learn Vendor's working rules as well as make a plan to coordinate with the Sales department to get the best price from Vendor. Increase the success rate in quoting and booking goods for the Sales department;
- Advise and suggest to Sales about prices, services and other information of Vendors depending on Sales' routes and products;
- Check prices of air freight routes with foreign Vendors and Agents;
- Send Agent information to Docs department after Sales closes booking with customer so that Docs can proceed to get booking and handle shipment;
- Proceed to sign Agreement with new Agent.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head.
