WORK CONTENT:- Support the Director to manage, monitor and operate the center.
- Professional and skills training for staff.
- Research, develop and comment on working processes of departments.
- Flexible, mainly working office hours from Monday - Saturday morning.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:- Graduated from University, priority given to candidates with a major in Business Administration/English Language/Marketing.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Management, Quality Supervision, and operation of a foreign language center.
- Commit to working for a minimum of 1 year.
- High sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure, always receptive to feedback.
REMUNERATION POLICY:- Income: 12-20 million/month or more (depending on ability and experience).
- Review salary review every 6 months.
