Job Description:

Support Japanese Director in daily tasks:

- Arrange schedules, meet with customers, monitor project progress (mainly in real estate/marketing/office leasing).

- Act as a communication bridge between Japanese Boss and Vietnamese departments/customers.

Live and/or written interpretation between three languages: Japanese Vietnamese English (Japanese Vietnamese preferred, occasionally Japanese English).

Draft, translate documents, reports, emails related to project work.

Travel (domestic) with boss when needed, depending on the project.

Job requirements:

College or university graduate, preferably in Languages, Economics, Marketing or Real Estate.

Good communication in Japanese (N2 or higher) and English (upper-intermediate or higher)

Minimum 23 years of experience as a Japanese-Vietnamese-English interpreter, preferably having worked with a Japanese boss.

Highly responsible, proactive, flexible, able to multitask and organize work effectively.

Working time: Monday - Friday - 8:00' Am - 17:00' Pm

Salary: 20M - 30M Gross/Net

Probationary salary: 85%

Probationary period: 02 months
