Job Description

- Synthesize and distribute project documents and files, submit them to the manager and Board of Directors for signature;
- Update and distribute information promptly to departments;
- Interpret and convey information between managers and construction staff.
- Monitor and update improvement activities for timely application;
- Support for quality assurance system improvement activities
- Support meeting notes and meeting interpretation
- Perform tasks as assigned by department manager.

Job Requirements
- Graduated from grade 12/12 or college, equivalent diploma, know Chinese, have over 1 year of experience in companies
- Have knowledge of Chinese, skills, reading, writing, listening, speaking and apply it to the practical operations of the company.
- Proficient in computer and software: Word; Excel
