JOB DESCRIPTION

- Search for new foreign customers and introduce the company's services, thereby establishing cooperative relationships with agents.

- Create relationships with domestic and foreign agents, maintain old relationships.

- Optimal exploitation of information sources in logistics associations.

- Communicate and receive requests from agents about shipments, advise, check prices and quote for those requests.

- Follow and handle shipments of agents assigned to the company or imported shipments of sales.

- Send Debit note or credit note to agent for designated shipments or sales shipments

- Receive a Debit note from the agent, act as a DNTT for the agent to send to accounting for sales' imported goods.

- Support checking foreign contracts, translating documents in English to serve sales shipments.

- Support the board of directors to communicate and seek cooperation opportunities with foreign agents.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from University or College majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain Management... and other related fields.

- Have experience from 06 - 01 years or more in the field of LogisticsFreight Forwarder. Priority is given to candidates with experience in customer service.

- Ability to communicate and work with customers well, ability to withstand pressure and manage time.

- Personality is careful, accurate, and affable in communication.

- Good reading and writing English.
