Job Description

• Process and fully implement customer settlement documents.
• Contact and notify customers to supplement missing documents and papers according to the process of preparing and submitting settlement documents.
• Guide customers in filling out information and submitting online applications.
• Monitor, support, guide and answer customers' questions throughout the process of processing settlement documents.
• Prepare administrative documents according to the guidance and direction of superiors
• Learn and update the latest information on immigration law
