Job duties
- Manage company assets and equipment
- Purchasing and distributing stationery and office equipment
- Perform clerical work, archive and manage records, documents and documents of the Company
- Support recruitment, training, and human resource administration
- Report directly on tasks related to human resource administration to the head of human resources administrative department
- Manage records, documents, and correspondence
- Carry out some legal paperwork (Fire protection documents, business registration)
