- Operate high speed CNC machine
- Prepare tools, tools and jigs, workpieces for processing.
- Receive drawings, programs, technology requirements and perform operation and processing on CNC machines according to the arrangement of CNC Leader.
- Check the machining program before machining, check the detailed dimensions according to the diagram required by the Programmer.
- Fully record the test results in the Technological Process Description Table.
- Coordinate with Programmer to control the machining process, ensure monthly machining plan.
- Maintain machinery, equipment and assets belonging to the CNC team effectively and without loss.
- During the operation of the machine, the regulations on labor safety and fire prevention must be ensured.
- Daily cleaning machines, equipment and working areas, turn off the machine, cut off the circuit breaker before leaving.
- Use and maintain machinery, measuring equipment, cutting tools to increase service life and maintain accuracy.
- When there is a problem with machines, equipment, programs, etc., it must be reported immediately to the CNC Team Leader.
