Job Description

Work content:
• Provide customer service - resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner in a timely manner
• Operate the EzyRemit system - responsible for processing all transactions efficiently
• Resolve and track pending transactions as needed
• Ensure all transactions are carried out in accordance with the Company's Code of Compliance
• Recommend changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in operational processes
• Support the General Manager to create operational documents
• Other tasks assigned

Request:
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Have a team spirit with a "always ready" attitude
• Able to work flexibly in shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to withstand pressure
