Job Description

• Find customers through telesales channel
• Advise and introduce customers to Focus Learning programs and courses.
• Answer customer questions about training programs.
• Plan for customers on courses that suit their needs and finances
• Assist customers with placement testing and student enrollment
• Customer care and support
• Monitor and update student learning progress to parents.
• Communicate with parents about tuition fees and student performance
• Receive feedback or complaints and resolve them
• Notify parents of any new announcements, changes to classes, teachers, etc.
