Job Description

    - Receive recruitment plans from department heads, team leaders about the company's human resource needs.
    - Contact, post job vacancies on the mass media: newspapers, Internet, training institutions, job placement centers,
    - Exploiting candidate profiles through media: newspapers, radio, internet, job placement centers, trading floors, training institutions, acquaintance relationships.
    - Conduct the screening of resumes, consult the Head of Department, team leader to organize preliminary and final interviews for staff positions.
    Make a list of candidates for interview.
    Contact, arrange interviews;
    Summarize the results and report to the head of the department on the results of the interview.
    - Monitor probationary personnel, notify and guide probationary employees to report their work results before the probationary period expires.
    - Combine personnel evaluation after probation period and official personnel.
    - Other arising tasks at the request of the department head.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    - Male/Female, College graduate or higher
    - At least 1 year experience in recruitment
    - Major: Office Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics and related disciplines
