Job Description

    • Acquire - execute business goals assigned from direct management (90% of workload)
    • Sell new products (Online/Chat page) : Receive and process Marketing data to advise and persuade customers to use the company's products.
    • Resell/cross-sell products (via Zalo chat/ telesale):
    • Taking care of customers (via zalo / phone) in accordance with the process, building a natural customer network
    • Through texting or calling to advise and persuade customers to continue using the company's products
    • Search for new customers to expand customer base and revenue
    • Update - store customer information in accordance with company regulations
    • Receive - support customer service: respond to feedback from customers to improve customer experience
    • Report on work, indicators assigned to direct manager by day/week/month (5% of workload)
    • Learn - optimally develop assigned work (5% of workload)
    • Continuously update feedback from customers, self-assess their own work results, propose plans to optimize personal performance with direct management
