Working location: 255 - 257 Binh Loi, ward 13, HCMC
1. Job Description
- Answer customer phone calls and answer questions when needed.
- Consult full product information for customers, introduce promotions, new products to customers.
- Call according to the data provided by the company (customers have demand to buy, high closing rate)
2. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Inspiring voice, no lisp, stuttering.
- Experience in Telesales. In particular, the candidate has experience in online and offline consulting in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.
- Good communication skills, confidence, skills to persuade customers, create relationships and maintain good relationships.
