- Check and confirm customer feedback information.
- Receive information, process requests from customers and post offices
- Contact customers and relevant departments to handle customer requests (refund approval, complaints, ...)
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

REQUEST
- Office computer skills, proficient in Excel and Word
- Have analytical and situation handling skills
- Graduated from high school or higher, pleasant voice
- Experience in customer care, logistics, e-commerce, English, Chinese, Korean is an advantage
