1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out import-export related activities: Contact and negotiate with foreign suppliers, ask for prices, close orders, choose forwarders...
• Receive and evaluate the quality of goods, handle according to company regulations in case of goods that are not samples, do not comply with the contract, damaged, incorrect quantity,...
• Receive payment request invoice from supplier.
• Generate and store all order reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to support the Sales Department in making sales.
• Perform other duties as required by the Director.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in English communication or Chinese communication
• Have experience of 01 year or more. Have basic knowledge of Import-Export - Logistics
• College degree or higher, majoring in International Business, International Economics, International Trade, Logistics - Import - Export, Chinese language or related fields
• Proficient in office software.
