- Negotiate, negotiate prices and best purchasing policies with suppliers.
- Follow up and monitor order progress, ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse to check quality of received goods.
- Build and maintain good relationships with current suppliers.
- Mining information and building potential supplier data to meet the product-price needs of the Sales Department.
- Update departmental information on discontinued items, new items and other information from suppliers.
- Good expression, good communication, good behavior, good negotiation, problem solving and handling skills.
- Market analysis and forecast of increase and decrease in demand for raw materials and goods.
- Track debts, make payment requests to suppliers. Manage records and purchase documents.

Job requirements:- Graduated from college or higher in related major.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sourcing position.
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in office computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowing foreign languages (English communication) is an advantage.
