- Plan, manage and develop business on e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Tiki, Lazada. Build new compartments according to the proposed plan.

- Make sales plans, build content, attract traffic, plan to participate in weekly and monthly floor events

- Handle order operations and handle complaints about products and services

- Work with support departments such as: Customer Service, Support,... to ensure overall efficiency

- Coordinate with the design department to launch models suitable to the season and market needs.

- Update knowledge and professional documents related to sales on e-commerce platforms periodically.

- Report daily customer count and closely follow set KPIs.
