Job Description
Directly text zalo to support and advise customers about the Company's services and products.
Call to consult, take care of and inquire about the customer's business situation, offer products. Offer new products, offer products to old customers.
Receive orders and coordinate with relevant departments to plan delivery. Directly support customers in business activities.
Regularly monitor and update promotions and incentives for customers to promptly notify customers.
Collect and resolve customer feedback on order-related issues. In case feedback exceeds the scope of resolution, it must be submitted to a higher level of Management for timely handling.
Report sales weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly to sales manager/Board of Directors.
