Job Description
Receive requests for research and development of new products, propose plans and implement them.
Research and master the characteristics, technical standards and advantages of products.
Conduct testing, monitor and synthesize data, factors affecting the quality of products.
Plan the test for the factory. Develop a detailed roadmap for each specific test. Provide timely and effective technical support guidance to relevant departments during testing.
Prepare reports to evaluate test results and propose action plans.
Improve product quality (if necessary).
Research technology applications put into production in order to save costs and develop new products.
Research and identify market trends, develop new technologies and products.
Monitor and update information on State regulations related to the company's products in order to adjust the standards of raw materials and accessories in accordance with the newly issued circular regulations.
Coordinating with marketing department to ensure packaging, brand... closely follow the announced content.
Perform data entry, archive technical research documents, technological processes and documentation of new products.
