Job Description
Build and maintain relationships with partners
Ensure good relationships between the company and partners, and regularly update and share information to understand the needs and expectations of partners.
Act as a bridge between partners and relevant departments within the company.
Monitoring and evaluating cooperation effectiveness
Analyze data and collaboration performance through regular reports.
Propose solutions to improve performance based on data and feedback from partners.
Support and problem solving for partners
Ensure that partner requests and issues are handled quickly and effectively.
Coordinate with departments to provide appropriate solutions, promptly meeting partners' needs.
Develop new partnerships
Search and evaluate the potential of new partners, thereby building a cooperation plan.
Negotiate and sign contracts with suitable partners.
Work planning and reporting
Develop specific work plans for each partner based on the company's business goals.
Periodically report on cooperation status, difficulties encountered, and propose improvement plans.
Support the implementation of cooperation programs
Coordinate with other departments to implement programs, projects or events related to partners.
Monitor and ensure that commitments to partners are fully implemented.
