Job Description- Take off construction volume according to approved design drawings.
- Update project payment form A, B and contract to deploy work.
- Prepare labor contracts for the team, under the direction of the CHT and the Board of Directors.
- Have the team sign, have the Commander (QS team leader) check and initial and send to the Company.
- Make payment records A, B periodically according to the Contract.
- Prepare payment records for the team periodically under the direction of the CHT and the QS Group Leader (based on the signed team contract).
- Give the team signature Give the commander to check and sign.
- Prepare a summary of payment proposals and send it to the Commander for signature and transfer to the Company before the 5th of each month.
- Track non-contractual events.
- Report any issues to the CHT and QS Team Leader immediately for updates.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Superiors (QS Team Leader and Commander).

- Have the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Experienced in civil and industrial construction.
