Job description

• Main contract with investor:

- Making documents for acceptance of construction quality: Minutes of approval of material samples, minutes of acceptance of input materials, minutes of acceptance of construction/installation work, minutes of phase completion and putting into use ….
- Check/calculate the volume of payment for construction settlement and protection with the PMU/TVGS.
- Prepare and collect payment documents for submission to investors on time. and regularly monitor and update the progress of the resolution, report immediately when problems arise to management
- Manage and check contract volume and arising workload.
- Capable of managing and implementing a complete list of finalization documents for a project in accordance with general regulations.
- Responsible for the accuracy and progress of payment records.

• Subcontracting contracts: - Support in calculating the volume of contracts assigned to subcontractors.

Candidate Requirements
• Education level: College graduate or higher – Major in Engineering, Construction Economics;
• Computer skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, autocad,...;
• Experience: At least 03 years have worked in volume, work estimate, used to estimate interior finishing works on 03 projects, used to do bidding documents for large projects;
