Job Description
Receive raw material samples from Quality Control Officer (IPC) and take semi-finished products, finished products, packaging, water, environment according to sampling SOP.
Analyze samples according to established and approved procedures.
Tester's notebook notes.
Prepare test report and issue test result form.
Conduct sampling and testing for factory assessment, hygiene assessment, and production process assessment according to compiled and approved instructions.
Conduct tests to monitor product stability and longevity.
New item sample analysis.
Prepare, test and maintain microbiological media according to instructions.
Prepare reagent solutions for analysis (reagent solutions for sample testing).
