Job Description

    Introduction:

    • Build and maintain good relationships with shipping lines/co-loads/agents.
    • Regularly update and inform the sales team about shipping lines' prices, information related to costs & market situation from shipping lines/co-load.
    • Check and respond fully and accurately to fares, related surcharges, and free time for each route.
    • Talk to Sales and find the most suitable solution for each shipment
    • Support other departments to resolve issues related to shipping lines/co-loaders/agents.
    • Weekly/monthly reports and perform other tasks as required by the Manager
