- Receive, manage and store all kinds of incoming and outgoing dispatches. Management and storage of professional records of the department; project profile.
- Drafting - issuing documents (documents sent to departments, internal proposal reports) at the request of the Head of Department.
- Prepare project documents for meetings and working sessions of the leadership with state agencies.
- Prepare project documents according to regulations to submit for appraisal.
- Synthesize compensation data, project files, report - work implementation plan under the direction of superiors.
- Actively contact and work with State agencies and units to urge and solve related tasks assigned.
- Researching the laws (land, investment, construction...) related to the Project's activities to advise the Leaders.
