Customer reception:

• Greet and guide customers to their tables.

• Confirm table reservations in advance and arrange appropriate seating.

• Introduce the menu and current promotions.

2. Booking management:

• Receive and process table reservation calls.

• Manage guest reservation list, update information regularly.

• Rotate tables to ensure guests do not have to wait long.

3. Information support:

• Answer customer questions about services, food, and prices.

• Inform guests of restaurant regulations (e.g. dress code, payment).

4. Coordination with other departments:

• Work closely with the service department and kitchen to update availability and service times.

• Support customers to contact the manager when problems arise.

5. Complaint resolution:

• Receive and handle feedback and complaints from customers.

• Report back to restaurant manager if situation is beyond authority.
