Job Description
- Welcome and guide guests to work contact at the reception desk:
+ For staff: Proactively greet with a friendly, gentle, open attitude;
+ For customers who come to contact directly or via the switchboard: Welcome customers, answer the phone in a soft voice, always be open, polite, listen to opinions and answer, and give thoughtful instructions to customers;
+ Serve water at the reception area for customers who come to contact directly;
- Answering the phone, delivering mail and newspapers;
- Monitor, issue and manage travel permits for staff;
- Manage express delivery bills, summarize and serve monthly payment;
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy;
