+ Always ensure that the building's machinery and equipment systems operate well, minimizing the risk of incidents. Anticipate incidents that may occur to advise customers.
+ Troubleshoot and develop solutions to system problems.
+ Perform full system checks according to assigned schedule
+ Maintain equipment according to instructions and weekly and monthly plans
+ Operate the system according to the operating time of the shopping mall
+ Report to superiors about system status, work results, and hand over outstanding work to the next shift.
+ Supervise maintenance contractors and construction contractors in the shopping mall.
