- Organize the introduction and technical guidance on the use of fertilizers and pesticides of the Company for farmers.
- Planning to make demos and demonstrations of the Company's products in the regions.
- Supervising and implementing product demonstration models, farmer seminars, field workshops, sales consulting.... evaluating and summarizing performance reports about the company.
- Support for product technical introduction for Level I, Level II Agents.
- Coordinate with Area Manager, sales staff to plan the Technical program to promote the Company's products.
