Job Description

    - Perform operation, maintenance, repair, electrical equipment, electrical systems, water, air conditioning, elevators, fire protection... in the building.
    - Check and monitor systems to ensure continuous, efficient and economical operation;
    - Preventing and repairing problems related to technical systems in the building and reporting the results of implementation;
    - Monitor the construction, supervise the maintenance and maintenance of equipment.
    - Repair and replace small components in the technical system such as: CB, switch, change light bulb, water pump, ...;
    - Proposing and giving solutions to save electricity for the building
    - Perform other tasks as directed by superiors & management.
    - Take care and supervise the activities of tenants in the building.
    - Handling customer related issues.

    2. Request
    • Qualification: Graduated from college/university majoring in electricity, water, refrigeration, automation, mechanics.
    • Expertise: Knowledge of building structures and engineering systems; Knowledge of legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting, certificates of building management and operation, etc.
    • At least 01 year of experience in technical operation in high-rise buildings, high-rise buildings, large hotels or similar.
    • Qualities: Flexible, responsible, agile, disciplined.
