Inspect NNRR systems, guest rooms, public spaces and repair any damage related to the systems.

1. Repair or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, caulking, filters, furniture, paint, wall refinishing, caulking, silicone or other items.
2. Operate and maintain the systems in the Building according to the maintenance schedule.
3. Maintain, operate, and inventory supplies necessary to perform job functions.
4. Hand over details of unfinished work during the shift to the next shift.
5. Due to the nature of the company, this position may be required to perform other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor, such as waterproofing, cleaning, and labeling of hazardous materials.
