Job Description

    WORK CONTENT
    - Proactively seek customer sources, expand markets for channels based on customer data, fairs, and festivals
    - Caring for, consulting and maintaining relationships with customers;
    - Manage all customer records including: Quotations, contracts, handover records, customer contact information;
    - Guide customers to view wood samples;
    - Capture customer and market information of competitors
    - Coordinate with the sales department to deploy sales programs and effectively control the implementation of programs according to the Board of Directors' orientation;
    - Research and learn new information and knowledge for work;
    - Prepare reports and submit to superiors on implemented business activities. (Customers, market, sales)
    - Handle complaints from customers, if necessary, and renegotiate with customers to ensure customers are happy to buy the products we sell at good prices.
    - Searching markets for the wood industry;
    - Combine accounting to monitor and take responsibility for customer debt;
    - Responsible for sales targets set by the department;
    - Participate in contributing to building the company, setting strategic directions for company development.
    - Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders avoid errors and high debt
    - Proactively suggest good sales ideas from competitors for appropriate creative application.
    - Provide current difficulties to overcome and remove
    - Propose effective exploitation of e-commerce channels and sales data
    - Perform other business-related tasks as requested by the Sales Department and Board of Directors
