Job description
- Contact customers from customer data provided by the Company.
- Consulting on products, quotation, closing orders.
- Customer care, maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Receive and respond quickly and promptly to incoming calls, inboxes, comments of customers.
- Support order processing
- Support a number of other tasks as assigned by the department manager
- Report work to superiors.
- Working entirely at the air-conditioned office, not searching for Data, not going to the market.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male/Female - Age: 18 years old - 32 years old
- Degree: High school graduate/ Intermediate/ College/ University - will be trained in sales & product skills
- Voice is clear, easy to hear, no stuttering, no dialect
- Patience, hard work, work under pressure.
