ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive data from the Marketing department, carry out business implementation, and consult on closing online orders;
- Consulting, understanding customer needs to provide appropriate solutions;
- Persuade customers to use the company's products;
- Close customer orders based on provided data;
- Resolve problems arising during product use;
- Regularly update knowledge about the company's products;
- Grasp market trends, information about competitors;
- Take care of assigned customer files;
- Perform tasks as required by superiors.
