- Call, consult, and take care of customers according to the company's process (with script and data provided by the company)
- Customer care via Zalo
- Search and make calls to potential customers
- Make appointments with customers
- Introduce products to new customers
- Customer care during service use
- Report work weekly, monthly, quarterly to superiors
- Other tasks as required

Working time from Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday
