- Search and establish relationships with foreign customers to build sales channels;
- Receive purchase requests and orders from foreign customers;
- Consulting and negotiating with customers about the needs of importing the Company's products such as: Price, Product specifications..., Logistic requirements (transportation method - receiving goods, delivery time...) as well as related contents (payment method, payment time...);
- Take care of and resolve issues arising from product quality, product specifications, and delivery risks;
- Receive orders, coordinate with specialized departments to monitor and urge orders, issues arising regarding payment, insurance, and delivery to ensure on-schedule progress;
- Specific work will be discussed during the interview.
REQUEST
- University graduate in related major.
- Have at least 02 years of experience;
- Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
