Job Description

Search for Customers/Agents in assigned area. Initial introduction to Customers/Agents about information on products, services, and promotions that the Company is providing. Send Customer/Agent information to the Customer Service department for care. Research the Company's products and competitors in the market. Propose to the Department Head to develop an effective market approach plan. Visit old Customers/Agents. Conduct Customer/Agent surveys on product and service quality, record feedback to help improve products and services. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for superiors. Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
