- Receive QUALITY data. Advise international students/parents on vocational study abroad programs, majors, jobs... in Germany;

- Customer care and contract signing;

- Participate in enrollment at high schools, educational centers... with the company's organizing committee (If requested)

- Guide customers through procedures: Submitting documents, opening classes, paying tuition fees...;

- Search and develop more potential customer network;

- Perform other requirements as required by the company.
