Job details

• Search for potential customers on social networking sites, e-commerce platforms, receive potential customer data from the Marketing department.
• Caring for, consulting, and answering customer questions about products, ordering processes, payment and shipping procedures.
• Develop personal social media channels.
• Carry out order tracking and after-sale customer care, resolve questions and complaints (if any).
• Coordinate with other departments to complete the job well.
