Job duties
- Search, offer and convince customers about the company's products to come to a purchasing decision.
- Work directly with customers: Offer, negotiate contracts, price policy, discount, payment... with customers
- Research, find out information, analyze prices, analyze product characteristics... to propose new product lists, promotions, and policies for each market.
- Receive orders from customers and process them properly.
- Check and maintain orders until the end of the contract with the supplier to ensure that the orders comply with the contract.
- Controlling the purchase and sale of goods: Coordinate with other departments of the company to deploy sales activities; timely reporting.
- Taking care of old customers of the company, making orders, monitoring and supervising the production process to ensure delivery progress.
- Follow up the order, delivery, control and be responsible for debt collection with customers
- Develop sales policies including discounting, accumulating sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly overall report for department head
