Job Description

    * Working outside the market in HCM area
    * PURPOSE OF LOCATION:

    - Searching for new customers in each market that I am in charge of
    - Accomplish sales and revenue in the area in charge according to assigned targets
    - Acting as a bridge between the Client and the Company in the assigned market
    - Recruiting, training, guiding the insurance staff of distributors in the market
    - Make reports and surveys at the request of superiors and the Company
    * THE MAIN TASK
    - Fully implement the daily work plan approved by ASM
    ** Work plan:
    - Make weekly work plan and adjust daily according to sales route
    ** Sell:
    - Contact and search for new customers in the assigned area
    - Visit old customers according to the working schedule, support orders and sales for level 2 customers
    - Display, arrange and clean goods at the store
    ** Debt support:
    - Support the Company to recover customers whose debts are due
    ** Marketing Tasks
    - Ensure implementation and communication of marketing strategy
    - Proposing ideas to superiors/company on communication, identity and brand development
    ** Customer, market, competitor information
    - Survey when required
    - Collect information, proactively propose/report on the market, competitors
    ** RESPONSIBILITY:
    - Accomplish the assigned sales and revenue targets in the market in charge
    - Full reporting of the company's regulatory requirements
    - Taking care of customers and handling after-sales problems
    - Collect and provide complete and timely market information
    ** POWER:
    - Negotiable income in accordance with capacity: Basic salary + allowance and high % of sales
