Job Description
GOODS MANAGEMENT - Receive goods from suppliers, check quantity and quality of goods - Arrange goods in the warehouse according to regulations - Prepare goods: stick product labels, check accompanying components and accessories - Update import and export of goods on management software - Inventory and daily warehouse closing report at the end of the day
ORDER PROCESSING - Receive information and pack goods according to orders from the sales department - Proactively find delivery drivers (Grab, AHA,...) to deliver goods and track orders - Carry out export - import - return of goods according to regulations and trained procedures - Coordinate with sales departments to ensure timely supply of goods. - Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
COMPLIANCE WITH GENERAL REGULATIONS - Follow the warehouse department procedures correctly. - Maintain warehouse hygiene and safety
