Job Description
- Check resident management fees from Admin data.
- Check resident transfer reports, payments to suppliers, accounting software accounting.
- Issue sales invoices and check input invoices, account for invoice declaration.
- Create bank orders, collect payment records, review supplier payable documents, account for and track receivables, payables, and reconcile with admin data.
Contact bank, cyhome to compare error transactions.
- Additional work as required by the Board of Directors.
Candidate requirements
- Requirements: Female, college/university graduate with related major
- Have 1 year of experience in accounting,
- Proficient in Misa/Amis software and Excel.
