- Make a plan of documents for input material acceptance based on the general progress table of the construction site
- Make a list of materials to be tested/verified. Collect and store test/test results
- Make a sample table of materials, submit sample materials to the investor for approval
- Collecting and managing documents of goods and materials delivered to the construction site
- Make a written explanation when there is a difference in the types/codes/specs of materials compared to the contract and submit them to the Investor for approval.
- Invite the investor to test and accept the materials delivered to the construction site, submit to sign the minutes of material acceptance
- Submit to sign all acceptance minutes when eligible
- Receive all kinds of acceptance documents from supervision, management, storage and handover to the Commercial Planning Department all project documents
- Guide and implement OSH at the construction site
