Job Description

• Welcoming guests: Actively open the hotel door, greet guests at the lobby, help guests get luggage from the car and put it on the luggage cart.
• Luggage Transport: Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and lobby safely and quickly.
• Hotel introduction: Provide customers with information about hotel services and amenities.
• Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries, assist customers in calling taxis, booking dining rooms, etc.
• Luggage storage: Ensure the safety of customers' luggage during transportation, fully inventory the luggage for customers.
• Maintain hygiene: Keep work area clean and tidy.
• Participate in other activities: Support other hotel departments as needed.
