- Deploy advertising campaigns on online channels such as Google, Facebook and other digital channels to promote the brand.

- Statistics and analysis of advertising data to make reasonable adjustments, increase direct advertising effectiveness such as improving KPI (CPC, CPA, CR, ROAS)

- Manage brand images and advertising activities

- Monitor the effectiveness and cost of advertising campaigns on digital media channels.

- Regularly update user insights as well as changes on digital media channels to adjust and optimize marketing strategies.

- Have knowledge of implementing basic CRM scenarios

- Have a mindset about storing customer data and utilizing customer data to deploy interactive sales scenarios through CRM channels.

REQUEST

- Expertise in Performance Marketing (experience in E-Commerce is an advantage)

- Experience in running Facebook, Google, Tik Tok ads (Traffic, Conversion, ROAS), know how to optimize new types of campaigns: Google performance max, Dynamic Search, Shopping Ads...

- Experience in optimizing ads for conversion goals (Conversion, Ecommerce, Lead)

- Understand and use advertising tracking tools: Google Analytic 4, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager

- Read and understand marketing documents in English to update and proactively improve knowledge

- Able to work under pressure, careful and meticulous. Independent and creative thinking.

- Have personal laptop
