Receive delivery requests from customers or departments.

Schedule drivers and deliveries.

Coordinate drivers and freight forwarders.

Optimize costs for the Company.

Track and supervise the receipt and return of goods effectively and on schedule.

Receive and handle daily transportation and delivery issues.

Supervise and manage to ensure drivers deliver goods according to schedule and plan.

Guide and train drivers to complete full delivery documents according to the contract with customers.

Check and approve driver travel expenses.

Other tasks as required by Superiors.
