Perform installation, maintenance and repair of electromechanical equipment, civil equipment and field standards provided by the company.
Periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair at the construction site or at the workshop.
Technical advice to customers on operation, use and maintenance of equipment.
Support project technical team during implementation and acceptance phase.
Record and analyze technical errors, propose solutions and improvements.
Update service logs, technical reports and maintenance records as per company regulations. Coordinate with customer care department in handling feedback and improving customer experience.
Participate in internal training and customer training on products and equipment.
