Use the company system to contact customers and relatives to learn about family circumstances, causes, negotiate and provide the best solution for customers according to the company's requirements.

Job Requirements
• Graduated from high school or higher (priority given to related majors)
• Basic computer operations
• From 20 years old – 35 years old
• Have good communication skills, friendly and patient.
• Ability to handle situations quickly
• Priority given to candidates with experience in customer care or customer service
• No experience, training provided
